These Terms of Service govern your use of the SteelKing Studio website, the model portal, and any representation agreement you enter into with us. Please read them carefully before applying.

By using this website, submitting an application, or using the model portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services. If you enter into a signed representation agreement with us, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to apply to or work with SteelKing Studio. You must also be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and must not be barred from doing so under any applicable law.
We require government-issued photo identification and a live verification selfie before onboarding. Applications that cannot be verified are declined.
SteelKing Studio provides management, training, technical support, compliance management, and content protection services. We are not your employer and you are not our employee. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
We do not guarantee any level of income, followers, or platform approval. Results depend on your performance, market conditions, and decisions made by third-party platforms.
You agree that all information you provide during the application and onboarding process is accurate, current, and your own. Submitting false information, using another person's identity or documents, or applying on behalf of a minor is a material breach of these Terms and may be reported to authorities.
We may accept, decline, or close any application at our discretion, and we may request additional information or documentation to complete verification.
Your portal account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your credentials with anyone, including other models or third-party "assistants."
Notify us immediately at Operations@steelking.studio if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
As a model represented by or applying to SteelKing Studio, you agree to:
Your pay split, payout schedule, and any minimums are set out in your representation agreement or written confirmation. Earnings are calculated from platform reporting, which can be delayed or corrected by the platform.
We may place a payout on hold where we are investigating suspected fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized transactions, chargeback disputes, or a compliance issue. Where required, you must provide a completed tax form (such as a W-9) before payouts can be released. You are responsible for the taxes owed on your earnings.
You retain ownership of the content you create. As part of our services, we may act as your agent to identify unauthorized copies of your content and submit DMCA takedown notices on your behalf, as described in your agreement.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our website without permission, send a notice to Operations@steelking.studio with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), including identification of the work, the location of the material, your contact details, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that the use is unauthorized.
You grant us a limited license to use your stage name, approved photographs, and approved clips to promote you and the studio. We will never publish your legal name, identity documents, or private information. This license ends when your representation ends, except for material already published or in distribution.
Our name, logo, site design, and training materials belong to SteelKing Studio and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
You may not use our website, portal, or services to:
We treat your personal, financial, and compliance information as confidential. In return, you agree to keep confidential any non-public information you receive from us, including payout structures, training materials, and operational details, both during and after your representation.
You may end your relationship with us as described in your representation agreement. We may suspend or terminate access to the portal or our services if you breach these Terms, if a compliance or platform issue requires it, or if we discontinue a service.
Where an agreement is terminated, earned and undisputed payouts are handled according to that agreement. Our rights to keep compliance records survive termination.
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. Third-party platforms, service providers, and their policies are outside our control.
NO INCOME GUARANTEE
Nothing on this site is a promise of earnings. Any figures shown are illustrative examples, not projections of what you will earn.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SteelKing Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost earnings, arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amounts we paid you in the three months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold SteelKing Studio harmless from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or platform rule, or content you create or distribute.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which SteelKing Studio maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts located in that state, unless your representation agreement provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use of the site or services after an update means you accept it.
