COMPLIANCE
SteelKing Studio verifies the age and identity of every model we work with, before onboarding and before any content is produced or published. This page explains the record-keeping requirements we follow and how to reach our Custodian of Records.
LAST UPDATED: OCTOBER 20, 2026
SteelKing Studio complies with 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and the regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Every model we represent is verified as 18 years of age or older, and we maintain age-verification records for the content we produce or manage.
No model is onboarded, scheduled, or published before that verification is complete. Applications that cannot be verified are declined.
The required records are maintained by the Custodian of Records at SteelKing Studio's principal place of business in the United States, and are available for inspection by authorized authorities during normal business hours.
Records requests and legal inquiries should be directed to the Custodian of Records at Operations@steelking.studio. Please include the purpose of the request and the relevant contact details.
Each prospective model completes the following before onboarding:
Our compliance team reviews each submission and, where anything is unclear, requests a clearer document or declines the application. We do not rely on self-declaration of age.
Verification records are uploaded to private, encrypted storage and are accessible only to the compliance personnel who review them. They are never shared with clients, fans, camsites, platforms, or marketing partners.
Records are retained for the period required by 28 C.F.R. Part 75 and are then deleted or destroyed, except where a longer retention period is required by law.
YOUR PRIVACY IS PART OF THE PROCESS
Compliance requires proof of age — not public disclosure of who you are. Your legal identity is never published alongside your stage name, and only your stage name and approved promotional material are ever used publicly.
We verify age before producing or managing any content, and we require that content created with a third-party producer not be published through our studio without compliant records. We do not accept materials from producers who cannot demonstrate that their records meet the requirements of §§ 2257 and 2257A.
Some content is exempt from the record-keeping requirements — for example, content that consists only of simulated sexual conduct, or depictions that are not of sexually explicit conduct as defined by statute. We evaluate each production against 28 C.F.R. § 75.1 and, where content is exempt, we document the basis for that determination.
You may ask us what verification information we hold about you, request a correction if something is inaccurate, or ask how your records are stored and how long they are kept. Contact Operations@steelking.studio and we will respond as quickly as we can.
If you leave the studio, we will stop publishing your approved material. Compliance records are still retained for the period the law requires.
If you believe content associated with SteelKing Studio involves a person under 18, a non-consenting person, or otherwise violates record-keeping law, contact us immediately at Operations@steelking.studio with the details. Suspected exploitation of minors can also be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org or to local law enforcement.
