Overview

SteelKing Studio ("SteelKing," "we," "us," or "our") is an adult talent agency based in the United States. This Policy applies to our website, our application and onboarding process, and the model portal we provide to talent.

We handle information for two very different groups: members of the public who visit our site, and the models we represent. The confidentiality standards that apply to our talent are described in Section 04.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Application and onboarding details you submit, such as your full legal name, stage name, email address, phone number, date of birth, nationality, physical details, bio, and social media handles.
• Government-issued photo identification and a verification selfie, collected solely for age and identity verification.
• Payout and tax details, such as payment method, account information, and tax identification — used only to pay you and to meet our reporting obligations.
• Platform and performance data relating to the accounts we manage for you, such as usernames, status, follower counts, and earnings.
• Portal and device data, such as log-in activity, browser type, IP address, and pages viewed, used to keep the portal secure and working correctly.
• Communications you send us, including messages through the portal, email, and support requests.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Review applications and decide whether to offer representation.
• Verify that every model we represent is 18 years of age or older, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
• Set up and manage your accounts, schedules, and campaigns.
• Calculate, process, and pay your earnings, and issue required tax documents.
• Provide coaching, training, and 24/7 operations support.
• Protect your content and identity, including DMCA takedown enforcement.
• Secure the portal, prevent fraud, and detect misuse.
• Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Identity Documents & Confidentiality

Your identity documents are the most sensitive information we hold. They are stored privately, encrypted at rest and in transit, and are accessible only to the compliance personnel who must review them. We never publish, sell, or share your identity documents with clients, fans, camsites, or marketing partners.

Only your stage name and approved promotional material are ever used publicly. Your legal name, address, identification, and payout details remain confidential, and we require the same of our staff and contractors.

Cookies, Analytics & Tracking

We use essential cookies to keep the portal logged in and functioning, and basic analytics to understand which pages are visited. Analytics data is aggregated and used to improve the site; we do not sell it or use it to build advertising profiles of our applicants.

You can block or clear cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the model portal from working.

How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:

• Service providers who help us operate, such as our hosting, email, e-signature, and payment vendors. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
• Legal requirements, such as a valid subpoena, court order, or lawful request from a government agency, including record requests made under 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
• Protection of rights, where disclosure is necessary to investigate fraud, enforce our agreements, or protect the safety of our talent and staff.
• A business transfer, if SteelKing Studio is merged, acquired, or sells assets, in which case your information may transfer as part of that transaction subject to this Policy.

Data Retention

We keep application, onboarding, payout, and compliance records for as long as you are represented by us and for the period afterwards required by law. Age-verification records are retained for at least the period required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its regulations.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or destroy it. Where we are legally required to keep a compliance record, we retain it even after you leave the studio or request deletion.

How We Protect Your Data

We use encrypted connections, private storage, role-based access controls, and least-privilege review processes so that only the people who need your information can reach it. Staff and contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify affected individuals and authorities as required by applicable law.

Your Privacy Rights

You may contact us at any time to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, or ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Send requests to Operations@steelking.studio. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Age Requirement

Our website and services are for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not accept applications from minors. If we learn that we have received information from a person under 18, we will delete it and reject the application.

International Visitors

We operate in the United States and store information there. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as our services or the law change. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify represented talent by email.
